General application terms:

1.- PROPERTY

CATCH ME-NOW.com, it is property of the Algarve T, with address in: Rua João de Deus Edifício Barrocal R/C Esquerdo 8135-159 Almancil, and taxpayer no 502142693

2.- GENERAL OBJECTIVE

It is an application to make reservations for T Taxi.

3.- APPLICATION CATCH ME NOW

The user must register in the application CATCH ME-NOW.com, in order to use the service. During the registration process, the user must provide the full name, telephone number and valid e-mail address. The application reserves the right to request any other additional information deemed important for the service to be provided, such as the mandatory request to allow the user to work with the application.
This application will work based on either the GPS position of the device or the location provided by the user. Then you will make an automatic reservation for the user.

CATCH ME-NOW.com will allow users to score the quality of the T Taxi service received, to permanently improve the level of experience of it.

Algarve T can modify the CATCH ME-NOW.com application without prior notice to improve the services provided, add new ones, correct software problems, or even partially or totally erase it. Algarve T will not accept user responsibility for any of the actions mentioned.

The user is solely responsible for matching the technical requirements, configuring the information necessary for the application to work and applying the updates required for proper operation.

4.- CATCH ME NOW PRICES

It's free for users. However, the user may have to pay for Internet access, for the data traffic consumption necessary for the normal use of the application, and (if the automatic reservation is not available) possible phone calls to the Company or the drivers to carry out the service.
In addition, the T Taxi request that the user is making through the application is not included. The price of the mentioned service is fixed by the rate and regulation of taxes that apply in the place and time that it is provided, based on the current regulations that apply in the area where the holder of the license of Táxi T works. It does not include any possible additional extras that may be applied. In any case, all prices, fares and / or extras that the user should pay must be paid directly to the driver or taxi company that delivers the service.

CATCH ME-NOW.com does not charge for the final use of its services.

5.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

All personal data received from the user will be processed and stored as specified by the applicable Data Protection Act (RGPD).
You explicitly allow your full name, telephone number and current geophysical position to be communicated to us.

You explicitly accept that your personal data is used to:

Anonymous statistical studies to improve CATCH ME-NOW.com
Quality services, market research and marketing.
Creating work patterns for a better user experience on the application and the service received.

The personal data of the user can not be forwarded to third parties, except the cases mentioned above.

The user may, at any time, use their rights of access, modification, cancellation and position by sending an e-mail to algarvet@algarvet.com.

6.- CHANGES

The CATCH ME-NOW.com reserves the right to modify, partially or totally, the current document for general use. You are advised to check this document frequently to check for any changes.

7.- JURISDICTION

If any legal complaint about CATCH ME-NOW.com happens, it will be processed by the Portuguese law and by the court of the City of Loulé.
